Workshop and Mentorship Programs

  • Awareness Workshop (3 hours) - introduces the notion of systematic innovation and provides a broad overview of GEN3's methodology
  • Introductory Workshop (1.5 days) — focuses on selected tools for problem identification and problem solving
  • Basic Workshop (4 days) — participants practice the fundmental tools for problem identification and problem solving on real life innovation problems they bring to the workshop
  • Advanced Workshop (5 days) — participants practice the advanced tools for problem identification and problem solving on real life innovation problems they bring to the workshop
  • Special Topic Seminars — focuses on areas of special interest
  • Mentorship Program — provides ongoing support (on-site and off-site) to individuals that have gone through technical workshops
