Sergei Ikovenko, Dr.–Eng., Ph.D., P.E.
Principal
Dr. Ikovenko is a leading innovation expert and project facilitator who has conducted more than 800 innovation courses for GEN3 clients worldwide, including General Electric, Intel, Samsung, Procter & Gamble, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Hyundai Motors.
He is a Board member and Vice-President of the International TRIZ Association; holds a Six Sigma Black belt and a QFD Black Belt; and is a Lean Master-Practitioner. He also holds a Massachusetts Professional Engineer license, is an Adjunct Professor at MIT, and an Honorary Professor at the University of Edinburgh, UK.
Dr. Ikovenko holds a Ph.D in Industrial Engineering and a Dr.-Eng. in Environmental Engineering and Sciences, as well as a Masters degree in Patent Law. He is the author of more than one hundred publications. He received a TRIZ instructor certificate from G. Altshuller, the founder of TRIZ, is a TRIZ Master, and has developed 77 patents in various fields of engineering.
