Mr. Prokofiev has been involved in multiple innovation projects at GEN3’s St. Petersburg branch as a Researcher and Project Leader.
Before joining GEN3 he was a project manager at Diacont Company, where he was responsible for supervising engineering projects on optical equipment manufacturing. He has also worked on design and manufacturing innovation projects for LED-based devices.
Mr. Prokofiev graduated from the University for Fine Mechanics and Optics in Saint Petersburg, Russia with a specialization in Laser Physics and Technology. He is a certified Level 3 TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) practitioner.
