Senior Principle and Manager of Operations
Mark N. Bakhrakh is responsible for the organization of verification work for the projects and organizational management of research laboratories. Before joining GEN3, Mr. Bakhrakh worked at various production companies and scientific research institutions as an Engineer and Scientific Researcher. Mark has been at the forefront of many industry changing innovation projects, including the development of a plasma hardening processes for parts for heavy equipment, and plasma-mechanical processing of large-size cast products and for power-generating equipment, and the introduction and elaboration of technology for welding titanium, aluminum alloys and stainless steel.
Mark graduated from Leningrad Polytechnic Institute majoring in Metallurgy and Welding Technology and is the author of 14 published works and holder of 12 patents; he is an Honored Inventor of the USSR.
