Howard R. Soriano
Managing Principal
As a Managing Principal with the firm, Mr. Soriano is responsible for leading new business initiatives, managing client relationships, and ensuring that GEN3’s innovation work is aligned with clients’ growth and profitability objectives. Having previously served as a partner at a global management consulting firm, he brings significant experience working with multinational companies to develop product and business unit strategies – in particular, improving competitive position and profitability through changes in technology, product design, and/or manufacturing process.
Prior to joining GEN3, he served as Co-founder and President of an independent media venture, where he led the company from start-up to profitability. The company’s international production has been recognized through several national awards and continues to be distributed throughout North America.
Mr. Soriano earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry, cum laude, from Duke University and his M.B.A. in finance from the University of Chicago.
