Dr. Martsinovskiy has led more than 20 projects in innovation, technology development, and intellectual property evaluation at GEN3.
Prior to GEN3, Dr. Martsinovsky has extensive experience researching and managing numerous R&D projects in laser system development, optical communication, and automation.
Dr. Martsinovsky holds a Ph.D. in physics from S.I. Vavilov State Optical Institute and an M.S. from St. Petersburg Institute of Fine Mechanics and Optics. He is also a certified Level 3 TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) practitioner.
