Andrey V. Efimov, Ph.D.
Principal
Dr. Efimov has led a number of successful projects for clients such as Alcoa, Clorox, and Procter & Gamble at GEN3. He has more than 20 years of experience in naval mechanical engineering and instructing.
Dr. Efimov holds a Ph.D. from the St. Petersburg Naval Academy in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Leningrad Naval Engineering Institute. He also holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering Management from St. Petersburg Naval Academy and in Business Economics and Management from the State Academy of Economics. He is a certified Level 4 TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) practitioner.
